GENERAL

Subscriptions to IPTV are available from us, limited to one device per connection. Using more than one device simultaneously on the same connection may result in the cancellation of your subscription.

Freezing or non-functional material is common across IPTV systems globally, so you may occasionally encounter such issues. Channels and VOD in any package may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without notice.

We provide support for IPTV resellers experiencing panel issues. After payment is successfully processed, IPTV subscription credentials are typically sent to the registered email address within one business day.

It is the client’s responsibility to understand how IPTV works and its requirements. Server maintenance is performed regularly and may occur at any time without a fixed schedule.

 

SERVICE CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, there is no need to notify us. If you decide to pause your subscription, your service will automatically end when your current subscription period expires. No additional fees are required to cancel or pause your subscription.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

InterPTV guarantees that any TV subscription codes purchased from our website will remain active for the agreed-upon duration. In case of server issues or non-functional content, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

InterPTV does not sell IPTV boxes; it is the responsibility of the client to purchase their own.

If you change your mind after purchasing the subscription and wish to modify your plan (e.g., adding more time or connections), simply reach out to us within 7 days of purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.
